MyTown Mogul Contest

What do you think the highest Net Worth Town will be? I'm guessing there will be some crazy towns... $100 billion + ?! How in the world would they get there. I'll post some secrets in the coming days.

"How is Highest Net Worth Town Determined?

Each property value in MyTown is based on the number of check-ins, the level of upgrades, the rate of check-ins, the popularity rating, buying and selling of the property, and real-world factors. Moreover, the Highest Net Worth Town value is equal to the sum of all property values you own plus all cash on hand."

I foolishly was thinking sum of all property values would be net worth until I read the rules and realized my town's worth was rising as I collected rent. Oops.
